Suzanne Enoch Good Earl Hunting Вступление: Короткая новелла, действие которой происходит в один день. Оценка: два. Сюжет: За героем с графским титулом носится половина Британии. Только за один месяц он побывал в гостях у 6 семей с дочерьми на выданье. И вот опять очередная охота, опять очередная дочь - красавица. А граф оказывается приехал не за ней, а за ее младшей прямолинейной и острой на язык сестрой.

Мое мнение: Из такого сюжета можно было сделать конфетку, а получилось что-то совершенно безвкусное. Скучно и нудно.
Герои виделись мельком два месяца назад на балу, когда герой был вынужден пригласить героиню на танец, а она ему нагрубила и наступила на ногу.
Видите ли ей не понравилось его безразличие.


С танцем там вообще ничего не понятно. Все очень смутно.
Он ее пригласил не потому что хотел, а потому что другого выхода не было. Ей родители приказали петь дифирамбы старшей сестре. Вот она и начала без умолку трещать, он начал поглядывать по сторонам и тут ... она на него набросилась .
Очень романтичная сцена знакомства .
Но вместо того, чтобы разойтись и забыть, эти двое воспылали к друг другу чувствами .
Герой два месяца не спит и мечтает о той, которая не побоялась ему нагрубить. А она живет своей к нему ненавистью.
А потом за один день они поняли, что на самом деле давно любят друг друга .

Про героев ничего сказать не могу. Просто суповой набор типичных геройских качеств. Все как у всех, ничего нового и ничего интересного.
Да и скомкано так все. Никому не рекомендую.

Лиза Клейпас подтвердила, что Hallmark Hall of Fame взялось за экранизацию ее романа Christmas Eve at Friday Harbor. Фильм будет называться Christmas with Holly и выйдет на канале ABC 9 декабря.
В фильме снимутся Шон Фэрис (Sean Faris) и Элоиза Мамфорд (Eloise Mumford).
